


The first pilot batches have been brewed and are excellent. Thanks be to the wonderful qualities of our artesian well. The water is performing very well . It’s the best water I’ve ever tasted and is proving to make wonderful beer. So far four ales have been brewed in the style of Belgian Strong and Specialty ales. It’s good to finally be brewing out here. I hope to start putting up some back stock for when folks come to visit!

The goal is to do meads and Belgian style ales. The Farm Fermentery will be run like a winery with tasting and tours on site. Opening is scheduled for the summer of 2009. All fermentables will be bottle conditioned in 750ml. American champagne bottles. We’ve been doing some pilot batches and throwing around some ideas for what type of ales to offer. So far…
